Citing Articles

If you haven't gone through the section on citing your sources, please go there now and then return to Finding Articles - Evaluating.

A typical article citation has:

  • author
  • title of article
  • name of journal (source)
  • volume, issue, & page numbers
  • date of publication
  • name of database used (if online journal)
  • date retrieved (if online journal)
