The Circulating and Reference collections offer books and monographs on the history of both Oswego City and County. The Serials Collection contains various local newspapers on microfilm. Special Collections, located in the lower level of the library, has the most extensive collection of local history materials including locally produced manuscripts, photographs and maps.
