I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Penfield Library and it’s employees, successors and assignees from any cause of action or claim or demand arising out of my actions in participating in Rep Your Hall,
I grant Penfield Library the non-exclusive right to publish, use, distribute, reproduce and publicly display my photograph, and to create derivative works from my photograph, in perpetuity, in any of its on-line, print or other media publications, materials or exhibitions, for the purposes of promoting Penfield Library. Subject to the rights granted to Penfield Library, I retain all other copyrights and rights to future use of the photographs I enter into Rep Your Hall. I also grant Penfield Library permission to provide my name when publishing, reproducing or otherwise using my photo and when identifying me as an entrant in Rep Your Hall. I acknowledge that while Penfield Library will make every effort to credit photographers when using photos, there may be circumstances where it is not possible to do so, and
I warrant that the photograph I submit is original and is my own, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. I further warrant that my participation in Rep Your Hall does not violate any agreement between myself and a third party.
Penfield Library also reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be offensive or in any way inappropriate for Rep Your Hall or for Penfield Library’s intended use.
