Troubleshooting
Can't create your account? Issues may include having a paid subscription associated with your university email, already having connected a NYT academic pass, or browser/cookie settings. Cancel paid subscriptions at customercare@nytimes.com or 800-591-9233 or Customer Care Chat. For access issues, contact edu@nytimes.com for quick assistance. Once you have canceled your personal subscription, stay logged into your New York Times account (all of your saved content will remain in your account), then log in through the on-campus or off-campus links provided above using your SUNY Oswego account information.
What's included?
Your pass includes unlimited online access to The New York Times and mobile applications, archives from 1851, The TimesMachine, New York Times Games, New York Times Cooking, The Athletic, and Wirecutter.
Faculty/staff pass valid for 4 years after activation. Reactivate by re-entering your email at Access NYT. The student pass is valid until the end of your enrolled graduation year.
