English & Creative Writing (September 16 & October 14)
On September 16 at 3:00pm, Dr. Nazario y Colón will visit Dr. Hurtado's ENG 365 class for a discussion about Latino masculinity, race, and Nuyorican identity. This event is hosted by Latino & Latin American Studies, Penfield Library, and the Department of English.
On October 14 at 3:00pm, Paul Flores will visit Soma Mei Sheng Frazier's CRW 300 class.
Both events will he held in Penfield Library's Speakers' Corner
ALANA Multicultural Leadership Conference (September 16)
On September 16 at 5:00pm, the ALANA Kickoff event, "A Plática with Dr. Ricardo Nazario y Colón, will be held in Penfield Library's Speakers' Corner. This event is free and open to the community.
