Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a cooperative service by libraries worldwide through which students and faculty can access resources that are not available at Penfield Library.

Requests can be submitted through web forms, or by using the links in Penfield Library databases and the Worldwide Catalog.

Request materials you find here through interlibrary loan by clicking Get it Soon.

Go to the Advanced Search

  1. To request a book from another SUNY library, click Borrow from another library.

  2. Click on the link to sign in, then login with your Laker NetID and password.

  3. Click Interlibrary loan.

  4. Make sure the request information looks correct, and if you'd like, add a comment. Then click Send Request.

  5. That's it! We will email you when the item arrives at Penfield.

WorldCat

WorldCat connects you to the collections of more than 10,000 libraries worldwide.  Material not owned by Penfield Library may be requested online through our interlibrary loan service (ILLIAD). Items borrowed through interlibrary loan must be picked up and returned to Penfield Library.
