Session 1: Monday, 7/11 (due 7/18)
- On your own, find two blogs on any topic you care about.
- One of your blogs must include references to other outside sources (will be discussed in class). Look at the following examples.
- Find the following elements for each blog (author, last date updated, title of the blog, date you looked at the blog).
- Come prepared to share your blogs at the next library session. You do not need to hand in anything.
- Create group blog.
Session 2: Monday, 7/18 (due 7/20)
- Find an audio piece which is free to reuse.
- Play around with Movie Maker (or iMovie, if you have a Mac) and Audacity editing tools. Use the video and audio tabs on the multimedia project guide.
Session 3: Wednesday, 7/20 (due 7/21)
- Continue editing your team’s audio & images.
- Bring your best examples for the next class session.
- Include the before and after images and or audio.
Session 4: Thursday, 7/21 (due Monday 7/25)
- Create draft storyboard to present at next class.
- One storyboard for each video team.
- Email draft storyboard to your librarian.
